What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is very dedicated to the work but also dedicated to ensuring the employees are taken care of.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team is really CEOs buddies and yes men. This place doesn't operate like a real company. And no one on the leadership team has ever held a executive position at another firm.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stay bonuses quarterly because CEO knows people wont stay the whole year.
Pet insurance is a perk
There's always incentives to work harder and grow with the company.

Upbeat environment with motivating leaders for our growth both professionally and personally.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New leadership. We should get bought by a company who can run this place.
The CEO has created a culture of intimidation and being publicly called out for mistakes which creates a lot of fear.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They really make the company seem positive and that they have a good culture. Turns out thats isnt true.
