What do you like best about the leadership team?
They leadership is very approachable
They care about their employees.
Our executive team is fully engaged, transparent, and supportive of every employee. They are also focused on innovation on behalf of our client partners
Most of them are customer-focused.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding that just talking a great game about how wonderful their employees are but not following through on compensation does not motivate employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is just average salary, but not dissatisfied
It's easy to contact an advocate if you have any issues and they are good at resolving them.
Earnings are unlimited to this who work hard
Good benefits and competitive pay
Company has a 401K match, benefits are good, but a little pricey (to be expected these days). Pay is good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has started trying to address decades of pay inconsistencies, but some adjustments hurt salary/bonus potential for long-term top performers, particularly women and minorities. Top performers whose pay is near or exceeds the grade level caps need career progression plans.
When profits are sky rocketing but benefits and compensation are not only stagnating but instead taking, employees are demotivated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration and respectful conversations with each interaction
Technical Knowledge and Team players.

The company is filled with some of the smartest, most passionate professionals you could ever work with. Given a target to aim for by executive management, and the right tools, they can accomplish anything the industry needs.
Fun team good mix of youth and experience
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The quality of employees could improve which would make work more enjoyable for all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many of the employees have been here for many years

Fewer title advances without the corresponding compensation.

Communication throughout the process and quick decision
