Interaction and collaboration in the local office. Team engages in volunteer work ans other fun activities outside work as well.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was hired because I was already there in a different department; did not have to go through the rigorous interview process.
Recruiter was awesome, she sold me on the company
I interviewed on Thursday. Hired on Sunday.
brought on many people from different teams to assess my capabilities, not just relaying on one person's opinion

better organizational processes, procedures and systems in managing resources

Leadership team needs to work together, break down silos and figure out how to help us grow. We have stalled for years, strategy is not led by experts. There is so much potential here. Bonus structure is outdated and dismal. Employee ownership profit sharing is sad. Only 3% on average.
