Doesn't have well defined promotion ability besides in engineering and finance. Corporate employees are treated like 2nd rate citizens and are not supported/resourced the way they should be. Leadership is not all on the same page. Very siloed across businesses. Not the most fun, trusting company. OK

Safety culture is second to none. Have handled the pandemic very well and put employees' safety first.

Solving a challenge and being appreciated as an expert in my field/as a team for what I brought to the table.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Leadership team needs to work together, break down silos and figure out how to help us grow. We have stalled for years, strategy is not led by experts. There is so much potential here. Bonus structure is outdated and dismal. Employee ownership profit sharing is sad. Only 3% on average.
