Everyone is incredibly intelligent, driven, and most of all kind. The whole team fights for one another, which is hard to find in most organizations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You know every day that when you come in that people are ready to help you. This is shown because we're constantly reviewing each other's work and giving feedback.
What makes you most happy at work?
I tried to write just, "The people", but apparently that's not enough words... The people that work at Blackhawk have the highest class in workmanship and character. I couldn't ask for more than that.
