Compensation is very fair and is like the icing on the cake to an already great working experience
Knowing that I am valued, not only monetarily but as a person, speaks volumes for how Blackhawk views their employees.
Market pay and consistent meals and great Austin restaurants.

We all care about each other. No one left behind we all got each others backs. We all communicate very well and I look forward to seeing them everyday. We all do fun events on fridays or after work and have gotten to know each other very well

The people and the culture
The open, friendly banter. Our monthly (or more!) company events, that allow us to take a break from working, giving us a chance to bond as a team and enjoy a great work-life balance.
I tried to write just, "The people", but apparently that's not enough words... The people that work at Blackhawk have the highest class in workmanship and character. I couldn't ask for more than that.
