Meeting the team in a more laidback, less formal environment the at most companies. It felt less stodgy and more welcoming.
What makes you most happy at work?
The open, friendly banter. Our monthly (or more!) company events, that allow us to take a break from working, giving us a chance to bond as a team and enjoy a great work-life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While Blackhawk is fast paced, I have never felt left behind. The company's environment and atmosphere is inclusive and inviting. People genuinely want to hang out together. We work hard, but we play hard too.

The leadership team at Blackhawk is open, transparent, and encouraging. They always strive to help you achieve your goals, both professionally and personally. They aren't afraid of failure, because they know that failure is simply part of the path to greatness.

My team at Blackhawk is AWESOME! They are the cream of the crop. They look for ways to build each other up, to help each other, to make sure that communication is clear and effective. There is no petty competitions to prove "who's better". Everyone is equal and valued.
