Great healthcare and vacation package.
Blackhawk is a conservative company but with that comes stability. I believe the compensation is fair based on comparable jobs.
Pay isn’t close to industry standards and location. Annual raises are laughable.
stock refresh plans, better benefits
Bonus at the end of the year and RSU's
I work part time so I don't qualify for benefits and knew that when I signed on. It's the change in the mileage compensation that really bothers me. Why should I put my car on the road if I'm not going to be compensated properly?
Compensation is not competitive and limited opportunities for promotions
Make market adjustments to salaries to prevent good employees from leaving
Market based reviews/adjustments should be done periodically for tenured employees. The longer employees stay at Blackhawk, the greater the potential they are below market.
Company salaries are lower than industry salary compensation
