Very custoner focused but also appreciate and recognize their employees.

My supervisors have always been respectful and have done everything they could to meet my individual needs. they have been great!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base, bonus and RSUs. All are competitive.
Discounts, holidays, facilities - the list goes on.

The compensation package is great and in par or better than most CPG companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
stock refresh plans, better benefits
Bonus at the end of the year and RSU's
I work part time so I don't qualify for benefits and knew that when I signed on. It's the change in the mileage compensation that really bothers me. Why should I put my car on the road if I'm not going to be compensated properly?
Compensation is not competitive and limited opportunities for promotions
Make market adjustments to salaries to prevent good employees from leaving

The team are friendly and there to support you through the hard times.

Lacks job security and the Executive Team doesn't make the employees feel secure. They are constantly cutting jobs and replacing with new employees.
