It was great in the beginning, but over the years changes have been made to the detriment of us working in the field. We used to get a travel stipend, now we get mileage starting at our first stop and ending at our last. Doesn't even cover the gas let alone the wear and tear and vehicle insurance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together well and will cover for each other when we can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The freedom of doing my job on my own at my own pace.
What makes you most happy at work?
The interaction with the people who work in the stores. For the most part it's very enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisors have always been respectful and have done everything they could to meet my individual needs. they have been great!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work part time so I don't qualify for benefits and knew that when I signed on. It's the change in the mileage compensation that really bothers me. Why should I put my car on the road if I'm not going to be compensated properly?
