I love my teammates. They make a hard day brighter! Very smart people solving problems and delivering results!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Blackhawk is a conservative company but with that comes stability. I believe the compensation is fair based on comparable jobs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of communication from the top and positive coworkers! A bit more challenging to have fun and get together with Covid but all positive!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is a strong leadership team who are experienced, motivated to succeed and results driven. Strongest Executive team this company has had in place yet as far as I am concerned.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love to solve problems. The company has grown fast so lots of room for process improvement. Never a boring day, but if you don't like a fast paced environment with lots of problems to solve this isn't the place for you. You will work a full day but it will be rewarding!
