I love to solve problems. The company has grown fast so lots of room for process improvement. Never a boring day, but if you don't like a fast paced environment with lots of problems to solve this isn't the place for you. You will work a full day but it will be rewarding!
Too much money being spent on M&A’s. Not enough money spent on employee salary.

Lacks job security and the Executive Team doesn't make the employees feel secure. They are constantly cutting jobs and replacing with new employees.
