Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
He cares very deeply about the business, taking care of the finances and new strategic initiatives in such a way, that the employees can feel safe in their jobs despite corona and excited for the future of the company.
They care about us and want to create an open work environment where everybody can feel comfortable in their own skin. They also listen to us and try to accommodate us to make the work environment comfortable. The thing that I respect the most is that they also own up to their short comings.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating scheduled pick ups more efficiently.
No respect for partners, humiliating
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pre-corona, by far were the social aspects of the office, great parties and Friday night drinks.
I come from the hood so this is above and beyond what I would have gotten where I am from. I guess I am just grateful because I wasn't afforded opportunities like this one when I was growing up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
There are many cool, smart, and forward thinking people at the company.
My team is just awesome. We all get along very well, we communicate and compensate for each other when needed. I can fully trust my team!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diverse group of people in all of the worldwide hubs
We are extremely diverse so because of that people are more culturally aware of themselves. Plus people bring food from their home country all of the time and it's like experiencing their country without even visiting.

The interview processes and the most thing I liked about the process was getting hired
Meeting different people - that they were understanding when I was nervous and the experience was actually fun.
