Never compensated for taking on more responsibility. HR does not compare comp to appropriate third parties.
Paying higher on the scale relative to market comparison
Bigger salaries. Less birocratic procedures
Ive read what others get and theres no comparson. If youre not liked. Theres no hope.

the salary does not compensate for the work hours spent to get the job done
I feel undervalued because I have been offered several positions externally and have peers that left for more than double my current salary for my current level. I also happen to believe I was unfairly kept at lower levels longer than my feedback should have allowed.
