Too many new clients being taken on and not enough workers. Staff leaving and not being replaced. More pressure on staff left.
When asked to do an interview, itd be nice to be able to talk. Not sit there like a spare part, while the manager talks .
A bit of appreciation for the work we do. When a new manager starts itd be nice for them to get to know what we do. Show an interest. Instead of just looking out for themselves.
