
It was clear, informative, and simple. The interviewers were respectful and professional. The response time from step to step was extremely fast.
When my colleagues do their job more independently, the development infrastructure doesnt break down or slow down, I have interesting work, and my boss voices his appreciation for al that I contribute to the team.
They take collaboration across the firm very seriously. All ideas from all employees are listened to, measured and acted upon if it's the majority opinion. From an external view, they are relatively scandal free with high integrity.
They take work-life balance very seriously and give appropriate time off for all reasons if the employee wants to take it. This is acted upon from all the way at the executive level so it is company culture to refresh frequently while getting work done.
I feel undervalued because I have been offered several positions externally and have peers that left for more than double my current salary for my current level. I also happen to believe I was unfairly kept at lower levels longer than my feedback should have allowed.
I dont feel as if they do their part, and rely on my to do not only my job, but in some cases theirs as well. I also believe alot of people take shortcuts that lead to bad design and it causes many delays and issues soon afterward that affect my team.
