Mr. Timothy David Webb, also known as Tim, CFA is the Head of EMEA and Asia Pacific Fixed Income and Chief Investment Officer of Global Alpha at BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. Mr. Webb is the Global Head of Fixed Income at BlackRock, Inc. since February 1, 2016, Managing Director, and Chief Investment Officer for Fixed Income Platform, and was previously Head of International Fixed Income, Head of EMEA and Asia Pacific Fixed Income, and Chief Information Officer of Global Alpha until February 1, 2016. He is associated with the firm since 2000, including working at Barclays Global Investors, he was Global Head of Fixed Income Investments, with overall responsibility for alpha creation across asset classes, including global interest rates, corporate credit, fixed income asset allocation, consumer credit and emerging markets debt strategies. Mr. Webb began his career as a Portfolio Manager at HSBC Asset Management, responsible for managing a range of sterling bond funds. He is a C.F.A. charter holder. Mr. Webb has earned a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Exeter in 1993.
