Firm has grown - you need to adjust leadership structure to accomodate size. Hire middle management that actually cares about people. Culture carries are leaving and being replaced by not the same caliber.

Less shallow and less boastful. Need more depth.

Never compensated for taking on more responsibility. HR does not compare comp to appropriate third parties.

Paying higher on the scale relative to market comparison

Bigger salaries. Less birocratic procedures

Team spirit is missing. Rather than telling tales to the manager.

Relax and take a breath. Also hire more high quality

I dont feel as if they do their part, and rely on my to do not only my job, but in some cases theirs as well. I also believe alot of people take shortcuts that lead to bad design and it causes many delays and issues soon afterward that affect my team.

Vast majority of people want to include diverse viewpoints regardless of role / title. Willingness of executives outside reporting line to provide time & feedback for individual discussions. Most importantly, everyone is focused on the best outcome / solution.

You have a purpose. There is a bigger and greatest goal that is help people to have a better wealth

Generally supportive work colleagues goes some way to balance out incompetent bosses

Culture terrible but the firm is unparalleled in what it can offer clients.

A bit of appreciation for the work we do. When a new manager starts itd be nice for them to get to know what we do. Show an interest. Instead of just looking out for themselves.

When I was interviewed, I enjoyed the "realness," of my interviewer. I appreciated that they did not judge me for past faults, but were intrigued by my earnest qualities and self actualization, such as in the crash of 2008, and how I dealt with clients

People were very nice. They made me comfortable.

Background check. That is terrible experience. I was close to change my mind and not accept offer because background check. Before this one, I have 2 back checks and both gone smoothly.

When asked to do an interview, itd be nice to be able to talk. Not sit there like a spare part, while the manager talks .
