I really appreciate the accessibility to management.
The leadership team at Blaze has created a company culture that excites the team and inspires everyone to produce great results. Beyond the lunches, happy hours and dog-friendly office, the leadership at Blaze really cares about its employees and puts in the time and effort to foster talent.

We have paid parking on third street promenade and generous bonuses

Everyone really works as a team
The team at Blaze is thoughtful in everything they do. From genuine conversations among colleagues to well-thought-out client work, everything the team does at Blaze is deliberate and genuine.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's small and we have happy hours with the whole team. Everyone really gets along. We all complete personality tests to be hired so they really care about the work environment
At Blaze, constant learning and growth (both personal and career) are encouraged. Respect, honesty, and accountability are sacred values. A helping hand is always available to anyone who needs one.
