My coworkers and the food the company provides us. I also like the fact that I get to interact with people all over the globe!
It was fast moving. They emailed me to set everything up, I interviewed a few days later, and heard back within 48 hours that I got the job.
Amazing (and free) healthcare, exceptional company match on retirement savings program, complimentary Ubers/car service for those who work overnights/late hours, free lunches and snacks, free access to various city venues (museums, zoos, etc.) and in house doctors office.
My coworkers. We all get eachother. The building is well maintained and I enjoy being in it. And the final positive thing is that I am never bored at work, but that fact can more often than not become negative very quickly.
Listening to their employees. When you are constantly overloading your team with work, asking for extra hour coverage, and complaining over a single sick day being used, you are setting your employees up for burn-out and essentially showing them the door. Again, listen to what your staff is saying.
I love the people I work with. Everyone is a high caliber level employee. They are intelligent, hardworking, and committed to doing the job right. Bloomberg LP typically only hires high functioning, quick learning people. I know I can rely on my coworkers to do their part and get things done.
