Amazing ability to adapt to changing situations, and will not make decision without thinking them through.
Don't micromanage and allow people employees to make a real impact.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are expensive and limited especially if you have a family
It's a startup, and there is a compensation package :D
The founders are extremely fair with compensation and equity. They are also very transparent when it comes to equity and what it means.

The collaboration and energy of the team.
The office is extremely nice and a great location. There's always great music and dogs running around the office. Relaxed but hard working.
