Down to earth and able to relate to all employees

The leadership is awful. They need to get better at communication and caring about their employees.

Pays a portion of the deductible on a high deductible option

They make you work so many additional hours that you are being paid below salary

We have a quarterly employee meeting to keep an open dialogue and to celebrate achievements
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are miserable and contribute to a toxic environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very upbeat and inviting

Work loads need to be more efficient
