Nothing is wrong, its just very physicall fast paced work. But the pay and benefits reflect the effort needed to stay competitive with other employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At my location leadership is lacking in the upper levels (with the exception of the Head Manager). Lower levels have continued to get better over the last few years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My location is a great place to work. I cant speak for the others, but the Oak Grove, MO location is a great opportunity for all ages and college students like myself.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We like to have fun. We enjoy ourselves all day and push eachother. On a good day its like going to summer camp when you were a child, and getting paid for it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get hourly bonus that can range up to an extra 5.00$ an hour. This is based on a equation factoring in a multitude of variables. Unfortunatly im not allowed to discuss it in depth. But overall this company gives its employees the oppurtunity to take home 130% of their base pay everyday.
