What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always keeping Blue employees updated on forecast and strategy for the coming 1-2 years and what are focus will be centered on. I really enjoy our leadership team and the way they approach the direction of our company.

Work life balance is only for the people in management

The time off package is good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Way more teasing, work, and responsibility with little to no pay raise
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like family. We all gel really well and we have each others backs.

The company should of been transparent about the job duties.

The relaxed atmosphere and the availability of our management and Sr. coworkers and their knowledge to any situation that arises.
