Training for their call center was inadequate. They throw you on the phones and tell you it will get easier in about 6 months.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Benefits are top notch, better than any other company I've worked for!

Everyone is hardworking and friendly. The nature of the job doesn't allow for much i traction but the company facilitates fun interaction when possible.
