The culture just clicks and is very easy to get into the feel of everything here at Blue Raven. You will feel like you belong
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After everything I do, I feel like the recent uptick in my responsibilities and the problems I always have to deal with deserves higher compensation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You get what you put into it. In other words, if you choose to work hard, you get compensated for it, but if you don't choose to put in the hard work your compensation shows.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so friendly and you feel wanted and that they are genuinely trying to get everyone involved. Everyone has their role and it's fantastic. I just wish some people on the leadership team were still with us
