Just being in this type of enviroment and being anle to create the best version of me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The energy dillon socha brings to the team is never ending and is always finding light in dark times
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some are super willing to learn and grow as people others have bad habbits they cant break and its hard because they always negitive but i always give them positive vibes and motivation to break out of thier old ways.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well overrides help but there isnt really to much of a difference with or without overrides especially for the amount of time I put in training new hires wish there was a little more reward for that. but other than that issue everthing is good
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ive been in leadership for about a year now and i love helping other reach thier goals and seeing them grow as people it brings so much joy to the job but as of now im just looking for growth in myself at blue raven but by far the best solar comoany to work for - Donovan Daniels
