The helpful environment that the office has is so nice because pretty much everyone wants to help out.

The case question is a great way to see a person's capabilities and it helps both the company and the interviewee find out about the best fit for a person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about the company. Even if things are not always transparent to all employees, it's easy to trust that the actions our leaders take is for the company's benefit.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
There is a lot of focus on the numbers of each department, which is very important to how a business functions, but it would be nice if the company took a little bit of time to really focus on the little, company-wide issues that could affect communication.
