Better structure and a more diverse staff. Most 90% of white people work at Bluecore in New York.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Great benefits like Metrocard reimbursement and gym stipend and regular compensation assessments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unclear communication going into covid - we lost a majority of benefits, there is a hiring and promotion freeze

The best part is that everyone is so smart and can contribute.
Very tight knit community that prides itself on impactful work.
