Executive Bio
Kathy Foster joined us in 2000 as the Vice President of Financial Services, and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Innovation. Throughout her career here, she has held several leadership roles including Vice President of Product Development in 2005, Vice President of Client and Program Management in 2013, Senior Vice President of Operational Services in 2017 and Senior Vice President of Business Services later that same year.
Since being named Senior Vice President of Business Development and Innovation in November 2018, Ms. Foster oversees construction and development, fee-based services client management, program development, inventory and project management, business process improvement, secondary market programs (including owner exit and charitable donation), HOA billing and receivables, and serves as Bluegreen Vacations Club Manager.
