What is the best part about your compensation package?

401(k) matching is good, a good amount of PTO first year, being able to WFH is amazing, also you dont have to use your PTO for doctors appointments if you'll knly be gone for a couple hours.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

An adequate raise that is comensurate with my hard work!!!
