Many coworkers couldn't pass GED test and likely are as high in the job food chain as they'll ever get.

I have other ventures I want to explore, does not offer new challenges as regularly as I would like.

Lack of Communication skills..Most times people see your growth as competition.and will not listen or tell you that they will look into the issue but never provide feedback..Leaders have to lead and delegate others who have a strong ability to lead. More training. And weed out the bad seeds.
