I've been here about 4 months now. I was just chosen as the Employee of the Month in February. Everything I needed is within reach...a simple email, call, IM etc. away. The interaction we get in our phone calls, meetings and emails. Everyone is engaged like we're one big happy family.

Everyone is about family, we don't just see/talk to each other at work. We also make time to hang outside of work.

The compensation package is an incentive for doing our job but the leadership under BluPrint is what motivates me to come into work everyday.

They have an open door policy so I can always reach out to my team if not my team lead when I need help

We do a weekly call...And have a show and tell of one of our colleagues who was chosen to introduce them personally to let us who they are and for us to put a face to a name.
