What makes you most happy at work?
The culture is hands down the best part of my workday.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm able to grow in my abilities, production, and income. There is no glass ceiling or income cap. Hard work is recognized and compensated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am paid fairly for the work that I do. It's also stable. The company has always maintained our pay through changes in the market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We really are a family. We work in stressful positions, but have each other for stress relief. Knowing you are surrounded by friends makes even the worst days better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They go out of their way to create a family atmosphere. As a result, everyone is included in the culture and supported in growing their career down their chosen path.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We try to have fun in everything that we do. Conference calls, e-mails, IMs, and especially in person; The BluPrint spirit and culture are alive and present in everything we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I always know that I have a voice. I can reach out to any member of leadership and they will take my call, listen to my ideas, and help to implement them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
BluPrint has a very flat organizational structure. You don't have to go through multiple layers to get help or an answer. It makes everything run smoothly, and help is always nearby when you do have an issue.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people. We have a good time. We joke and laugh, and it gets us through what could otherwise be a hard day or tough situation. Being supported by people that are absolute professionals and fun to be around is sooooo hard to find.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Team mentality! No one is on an island. We work together, laugh together, and cry together, but the constant is "together." Knowing that your Team has your back is everything! It gives me the freedom to focus on what I do best and spend my time doing the right activities.
