BMI used to be a great company to work for. Great culture and employees felt valued. Unfortunately in a post covid world that has completely changed. CEO is completely out of touch with his employees. HR has pushed strict back to the office rules that claim to be flexible but are anything but.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are all hard workers that genuinely want to do good work for the company. There is a good amount of cross training so we can easily take time off without having to worry about work not getting done.
