Respect for everyone, appreciative of work life balance and treat everyone as equal. Positive attitudes.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are all hard workers that genuinely want to do good work for the company. There is a good amount of cross training so we can easily take time off without having to worry about work not getting done.
Everybody is working with each other as equals to get things done for bmi
We are a TEAM.... No I's in the group
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
don't condone the toxic culture

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
remove the toxic leadership and hire competent leaders
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was during covid, so met up on a park bench, very informal with interesting questions.
