- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Undervalued by the amount of earnings stolen, lies and false accusations made and being stabbed in the back, undermining decades of loyal and profitable work done.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Nothing kills moral more than the theft of one's earnings by the boss., So terminating the boss would bring immediate benefits to the company culture and employee moral.
