The leadership team desperately needs honesty, integrity and treat it's employees with a modicum of decency it seems incapable of.
Toxic environment that starts at the top. Wage thieves.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued by the amount of earnings stolen, lies and false accusations made and being stabbed in the back, undermining decades of loyal and profitable work done.
Actually getting paid what I earned, for starters. Also, the executive and ownership team of kleptocrats needs to go.
You are better off working for the government for no pay than this company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diverse. Some are experienced and competent while others are willing to learn.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Boss asks for recommendations from employees only to overrule them at every instance only to impose whatever pre-decision he already had. Waste of time.
We used to have an experienced team. It has since degraded to a team with little to no experience led by a highly experienced bully as a leader.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Nothing kills moral more than the theft of one's earnings by the boss., So terminating the boss would bring immediate benefits to the company culture and employee moral.
The executive ownership team needs to be locked up.
Boss blows up at even "nothing" and will invent accusations to level at his employees. Hard to predict when it will happen, and so is very stressful an unproductive. He also enjoys imposing his extreme right-wing values in memos he e-mails everyone. Unprofessional in demeanor and dress.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed over 20 years ago. It was informal and we were a good match - so it was easy.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It all revolves around an insecure boss that lashes out at the least perception - as imaginary as it may be - to his complete and absolute authority.
Toxic leadership. Needs to go.
Replace the owners and boss and the sky is the limit for this company with high potential that is continually sabotaged- for decades by the owner - and boss.
