Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we're not appreciated at all. We pay way too much for our insurance, and have too much stress that's unrealistic
I think they overly focus on sales and referral bonuses. My branch is incredibly slow compared to other branches nearby and it is unfair that our anual bonuses are affected due to that.

For the amount of work and stress we handle daily the pay is way bellow of what other companies offer to its employees
I feel for what we do that the pay should be more competitive.
I feel the companies earnings have increased yet I dont get at least a 3% cost of living increase each year and benefits get more and more expensive where I can only afford medical vision and dental services every other year
