I have an amazing group of co-workers. We truly do care for each other and want to see everyone succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone for the most part is willing to help each other out and provide and endless amount of support and assistance when you need it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think they overly focus on sales and referral bonuses. My branch is incredibly slow compared to other branches nearby and it is unfair that our anual bonuses are affected due to that.
