No gossip or negativity..we all work together well to achieve monthly goals

Flexibility and work independently . As long as the work gets done accurately and by required due date how I get there is up to me to manage
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the companies earnings have increased yet I dont get at least a 3% cost of living increase each year and benefits get more and more expensive where I can only afford medical vision and dental services every other year
