Open minded and willing to listen to you.

Touch grass. Blaming people for leaving, wanting better salary and work conditions, instead of a dressing the real issue is insanity
Providing development opportunities and training
Most of the leadership is French. Not too many Americans are considered for the roles.
Understand what the frontline goes through. May be watch the Undercover Boss for clues!
Be more challenging and benevolent

Child benefit, life and health insurance.
Bonuses are decent. Better than a lot of companies.

While the company is diverse in a lot of ways, upper management is completely disconnected from the employees.

Management needs to speak with the employees and HEAR them clearly.
Overall it's a good job - well paid, rather interesting. But that's the routine
