What are some of the best things about your team?
The ability to make the best out of anything
Team meets the preference of management to be affirming. Majority of managers are graduates of the corporate DEI and culture molding program known as ACT. Most managers and promotion to management come from a pool of ACT employees, favored over industry experienced leaders. Culture over progress
Everyone genuinely gets along and works together to accomplish goals.

We have a small bank feel despite being a large bank. Everyone is down to earth and open.
