I am able to talk with the VP and CEO openly and I know my words are heard. They care! They take feedback and impliment

I LOVE my job. I am able to work from home. I love selling a product that helps realtors grow their business and their financial success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is highly intelligent and compassionate; two things that can be hard to find in a leader. I have never felt as cared as I do here. I know the decisions that are made are always in the best interest of our internal and external clients.
