What is the best part about your compensation package?

Appropriate for work but, added the difficult culture, it's not enough.

I personally like our incentive structure. If the ministry does well, we all do well and receive a bonus tied to our level within the organization. So our CEO has a great deal at stake in terms of compensation. If we have a less successful year, no one - including the CEO - gets a bonus.

The incentive compensation package is fair and reflects the success of the organization.
