Leadership is incredibly supportive of associates and i aleays feel like i have been heard and respected.

Our executive leadership team is truly exceptional. They care about the ministry, our patients and associates - and it's genuine care, not just lip service. They want to be successful so we can continue to provide quality care for patients. They are 100% Mission oriented and forward looking.

They develop all employees to become leaders. They empower decision making at all levels. They have established a learning culture.

They could be more engaged on the activity within the facility. They are not seen or heard.

Appropriate for work but, added the difficult culture, it's not enough.

I personally like our incentive structure. If the ministry does well, we all do well and receive a bonus tied to our level within the organization. So our CEO has a great deal at stake in terms of compensation. If we have a less successful year, no one - including the CEO - gets a bonus.

The incentive compensation package is fair and reflects the success of the organization.

We truly like each other. We can disagree respectfully and still get along. I find that the team here operates on the assumption of good will and that makes a difference.

The are collaborative, watch out for one another, pick up where the other left off.

The atmosphere of trust and the climate that embraces innovative change to difficult problems. Failure is used as a learning tool and successes are rewarded by rewarding teams not only individuals.
