Mr. Byers served as Executive Vice President of Carsons Stores and Visual Merchandising of Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. since April 3, 2006. He served as Executive Vice President of Stores and Visual Merchandising of NDSG since August 2004. He held the post of Senior Vice President and Territory Director of Stores for Kohl's Department Stores from 2000 to August 2004. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Byers served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Sears and prior to that he gained experience with L.S. Ayres, Lazarus and Strawbridge & Clothier.
