It was pretty positive at first. A hiccup here and there and I still noticed a lack of care and effort from higher ups but it was good. It declined significantly, especially after not having a manager on board. I went from being excited to work to dreading being around my coworkers.

Fix their attitudes and leads need to function more professionally.

My coworkers, especially the leads are very unpleasant to me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to work on management structure and HR and other administrator need to be more accessible.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the way people here seemed at first and that it was a field of work I was interested in, as I take great interest in the fashion industry.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Coworkers and especially leads need to have better attitudes and operate more professionally. I've been here for a year and I still feel like I have no value and not much respect from my leads.
