What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management focuses on maintaining a comfortable atmosphere for its employees just as much as its customers. I'm treated with respect and my opinion is always valued. There's plenty of room for growth. WARNING: it's easy to start getting lazy in this company, so watch out for bad habits.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Healthy Communication, organization, Natural pay increases, Teaching the new staff and not having older team members teach without being compensated, appropriate/ realistic goal setting.
Communication, fair treatment and reprimanding, training
Need to work on management structure and HR and other administrator need to be more accessible.

My manager degrades me everyday. If it were equal pay for certain positions.

They are understanding and we have great communication between each other.

Small, and fine-tuned to people who really care. Laziness can creep into this low-stress job, so the ones who stick around are good at what they do. We operate similar to a commission job, though the regular pay with potential monthly bonus keeps Guides working hard for honest reasons

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive attitude is a company value, and people really come to work feeling good. If you don't feel good, being at work actually helps lift your mood!
Fantastic political stance, adventurous product, notable care for their employees, constructive feedback when needed and recognition when deserved... The list really goes on.

The culture that my general manager instills in the guise shop. She needs to go through some sort of training.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Bonobos reqally cares about the QUALITY of a person. The interview process was not focused on accolades or achievements as much as it was a personality interview.
The interviews with my managers were good, the interview with anyone higher than that was uncomfortable and stale.
I liked the way people here seemed at first and that it was a field of work I was interested in, as I take great interest in the fashion industry.

Spoke to a few different folks throughout the process that I'd be working under - a fellow supervisor, a manager, and even the regional manager, though I had just happened to time my interview well when she was in the area.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Shipping times have increased and delays are almost always with every order, People as a result are becoming increasingly more hostile and uncomfortable. They are loosing patience and calling the guide-shops ANGRY
