What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexibility of location / timing
Being able to work remotely as long as my target is hit.
Bonsai is KPI-focused and allows people to work from home or wherever so long as people are meeting their KPIs. Appreciate the flexibility, accountability, and measuring performance based on data instead of emotion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Advertising in general pays less than the market rate. Bonsai is no different.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative, open, relaxed but also capable
Team members are hard working, passionate, and knowledgeable about their areas of expertise. They are detail oriented and want to do the best for their clients.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is just cool overall
Stress is everywhere, at Bonsai you will only feel the stress if you did not do your homework. The environment can be as relaxing as it can be as long as you know how to manage your time and accomplish what is needed at the end of the day. The people here are supportive of each other.
Positive energy at work, while doing great work for client.
collaboration. office culture has food, monthly HH, and open book management.
Ability to speak your mind and be heard. Relaxed but hard working environment. Everyone gets to be themselves
